1. I work in the international development sector, and we have a constant flow of reports which need to be done. We do not have the capacity to maintain this flow internally. I feel you may be able to help but I am not certain. How do I know you have the right specialists and expertise to help me with this?

We are happy to share work samples which most closely match your needs in terms of area of specialisation, geographical area, etc. Please submit an inquiry briefly describing what type of reporting you need, and we will get back to you with the most suitable specialist, share work samples, and arrange a call to discuss further details. Together, we will agree on a timeframe and scope of work. You will pay in instalments upon satisfactory delivery of report outline and draft, prior to finalisation. We will ensure ongoing collaboration and feedback, so you will be in control of the results. Upon satisfactory delivery of the first task, we will happily discuss terms of longer term collaboration.

2. How exactly do you ensure the quality of your work?

We take Quality Assurance very seriously. Our consultants include both junior and senior specialists, who work as a team. All our work is checked and approved by senior specialists prior to sharing with the client. We also maintain an ongoing feedback mechanism and constant contact with the client, hence ensuring high level of responsiveness to the client’s needs. Our agreement with the clients outlines the scope of work, timelines, and the requirements in terms of quality, to ensure disappointment is avoided. Upon the need, or the request of the client, the agreement can be amended to reflect changes in the requirements. We remain flexible and adaptable, and will ensure we deliver the highest quality work.

3. How can I be certain that the information I share is treated confidentially?

One of our highly respected principles is Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure. We treat each and every piece of information shared with us highly confidentially, and under no circumstances share this information with other clients. This includes beneficiary data, project results, financial data, and anything else. This is also specified in our agreement, signed by both parties, which is legally-binding.

4. What is the pricing policy?

The price will depend on the service(s) required and package selected. We offer packages to cover different needs, and to deliver a finished product. For example, in addition to report writing, we offer proofreading and editing services, and graphic design, so your report will be presentable and pleasant to read. We can also print it for you and distribute as necessary. We collaborate with highly talented writers, editors and graphic designers. We also work as a team rather than individual consultants, ensuring that the quality of the products we deliver meets your expectations. Once we understand your needs, we will share the pricing for relevant package.
